The Prophet Like Unto Moses
By Sean Morris
Info:
You have clicked a sermon which addresses the biblical doctrine of THE FEAR OF GOD. With great concern for the people of God, I have attempted to dissolve the controversies that surround this doctrine. While I could have used a systematic approach of categorical arguments, I find this less effective than what I believe is really needed. If the people of God could be baptized and immersed in the biblical message of God's FEAR, cover to cover, I am confident that the controversy would turn into clarity. The biblical context which is needed for the interpretation of the debated scriptures at hand, are best built, mind you, by a vast and balanced study that most, sadly to say, are too busy to complete. The 66 books of the Bible sing the same sounds, and yet, few go through the pains to discover the song. I earnestly pray that this sermon and document works within you the magnanimous wish of God written of old: "that thou mayest FEAR this glorious and FEARFUL Name, THE LORD THY GOD" (Deut. 28:58).
